Try it with all your favorite raw vegetables. Tzatziki sauce is also a great way to cool the mouth after a bite of spicy food.

Drain some low-fat yogurt overnight to make this yummy cucumber dressing. This is a delicious topping for grilled chicken or meat. It's also a great dip for veggies and pita chips.

Straight from Greece! This recipe has been in my family for years - my Auntie showed me how to make it this Greek Easter - great with raw red peppers and pita chips.

This is something I made with my Mom growing up. Truly a wonderful Greek accompaniment to many meals, especially meats, or as a dip for veggies and pita bread. Strained yogurt may be found at Greek groceries and specialty shops, or use the method listed in the steps. Adjust the amount of garlic to taste. Opa!

A Greek dip with a pungent garlic flavor. Good served with hot pita bread triangles. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to develop the flavor. If you prefer, use parsley in place of the mint.

Yogurt takes some of the caloric bite out of this creamy green dip--perfect as a potato topper or alongside fresh crudite.

This cool, creamy and refreshing dip comprised of plain yogurt flavored with garlic, dill, lemon juice and olive oil and dotted with cucumbers is the standard accompaniment to many spicy Greek and Middle Eastern dishes.
