cucumbers, peeled and grated

chopped fresh dill
Himalayan pink salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
I left out tofu and used a dolop of helmans mayo and 2 dolop of sour cream to the Greek yogurt stirred by hand heavy on the dill and just used a cheese grater for stripe pealed cucumbers, you can even use your choice of vinegar in place of lemon ,I use lemon garlic rice vinegar only use small amounts,as it will break down and lose its thick consistency also pat dry with a paper towels your grated cucumbers .maybe ill post my own but love the bones of this recipe it's great as is this just where my flavor saver took me:) enjoy.
