This was good, and definitely quick, but tasted a little different than what I was expecting. I guess we're used to "wet" pastas and this seemed a little too dry. I used 8 tenderloins rather than breasts, cut them into bite-sized peices and tossed them together with the herbs and let it marinate a while. The sun-dried tomatoes had a very strong "olive" taste that kind of turned me off. Maybe it was the brand I bought...I'm not sure. I added some fresh mushrooms along with the tomatoes and deglazed my pan with some white wine since mine was rather dry. I also poured in a little half and half to my finished product so it would have a little liquid. I'm sure the problem lies somewhere on my end and I do not discourage anyone from at least trying this recipe...on the contrary, it has recieved many GOOD reviews and therefore at least deserves a chance.
