I followed this recipe exact except that I used fresh chicken breasts, cooked and cubed. I don't particularly love tomato-based chicken dishes but this really is a great recipe.

This recipe is so good! I used a 14oz can of stewed tomatoes with a 6oz can of tomato paste, and it came out tasting great. The tofu chicken tastes like real chicken. There really is no reason to eat real chicken.
