Very good flavor! I did not, however, use actual turtle meat, I used chicken. Which then didn't need to cook for 2 hours. And I didn't have any chicken broth, or tomato puree, so I used 1/4 bullion cube, and mashed up a small tomato minus the skin. Also, we like things a tad spicier so I doubled the cayanne, which gave it more zing, but wasn't hot enough to be inpalatable. Enjoy!
