Too crumbly, too much flour, not enough gooey topping. pecans and chocolate lift off the cookie layer too easily. tastes ok, doesnt present very well.

I must say these were somewhat disappoing. I love turtles and these weren't even close. I also had trouble with the top layer coming off the crust and I was hoping that the caramel part would be chewier and a lot more of it. The idea was good, but needs a lot of tweaking.

I originally used another recipe for these on this site, but after reading reviews, used the recommended amount of flour of this recipe and it turned out perfect. The only addition I made was adding 1 tsp vanilla extract to the topping before pouring over the crust. DELISH! They went like hotcakes at our church potluck yesterday. Thanks so much!

these are yummy. i would add a few more pecans to cover the first layer, 1 cup didn't seem to do it. i wouldn't add more chips as suggested on another similar recipe as it came out too sweet for my taste. i do however want to try it with the toffee bits, that sounds really good! this will definitely make the holiday cookie baking list

Not sure if I did something wrong with this one but the peacans and chocolate kept crumbling off the crust. My husband and brother in law said they tasted great but they crumbled easily.

This wasn't terrible. But didn't have any really great flavor. I was dissapointed. I'll look for something else..

These were spectacular! I did make one change, I added a half of a bag of toffee chip pieces. Everyone at church loved them.
