Turkey with Apple Slices
SUBMITTED BY:
Mary Lou Wayman
"Any day can be 'Turkey Day' when you make this smaller-scale main course from Mary Lou Wayman of Salt Lake City, Utah. Her moist tasty tenderloins--and tangy apple glaze--offer the goodness of turkey in a hurry without a fridge-filling surplus."

This is the best. Sorry, I've never made it with turkey, but use boneless, skinless chicken breasts and canola oil instead of butter. This is sooooo easy to make and tastes out of this world.

Very good! I suggest to double the glaze and add sweet onions or red onion to the glaze. Tart apples are a the best choice however for a mild flavor use a sweeter apple. I served beets and green beans with the meal. I also think squash would be a nice option also.
