This was good, and a good use of Christmas leftovers, but not something I'd make if I wasn't trying to use up stuff in the fridge. It's basically quiche without the traditional crust. I didn't have any problems with the stuffing getting to crispy despite having to cook the pie for about 10 minutes longer. I did add some spinach and used gruyere cheese. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This was surprisingly really good - I only added salt and pepper, some dried thyme and sage, and a handful of chopped fresh parsley to the egg mixture and it tasted great!

Just got done making this - it is absolutely wonderful! I used cheddar cheese as I did't have Swiss cheese. I was in charge of making the stuffing for Thanksgiving and of course made way too much! Didn't know what to do with the leftover. Easy to make an very tasty! Thanks - would have thrown the stuffing away.

This was great! To use more leftovers, I mixed the turkey with about 1 cup of peas and carrots, then added just enough leftover gravy to moisten. Then I "frosted" the top with leftover mashed potatoes. Didn't use the milk, eggs, and cheese. Made two pies and froze one. Baked with foil over the top until the last 10 minutes so the potatoes didn't get too brown. My picky kids loved it and I made the second pie a few weeks later. Just let it thaw before baking. Just as good as the first one!

This was a nice way to finish turkey leftovers. As other reviewers suggested, I covered the pie edges with foil. I added a little salt and pepper to the egg mixture first and used cheddar cheese. My husband loved this. Thanks Debbi!

Hahahahaha, I forgot the milk and wondered why the eggs didn't quite cover the pie. Anyway, I poured the milk evenly around, and smooshed it in with a wooden spoon. I used gruyere cheese and snipped some scallions into the eggs. I also shielded the top edge of the pie with foil, as other have suggested. Even though I love crispy stuffing, I wondered how crispy were they talking? This pie is delicious.
