Made as directed. Delicious. Only complaint: got too crispy around the edge. My fault because I cooked and then had to reheat for dinner that night. Next time will wrap foil around the edge to protect the top of the stuffing "crust."

I was looking for something different to make with our leftover turkey and this looked promising. I had to do some substitution, we had cheddar cheese and muenster (which I mixed right in with the turkey). I also added 1 cup of thawed frozen spinach. The crust got a little crisper than I would have liked as I had to cook this a half an hour longer to get the egg cooked. But as my husband and son said, the recipe is a "keeper."

This was a good alternative to my normal after Thanksgiving recipes. It was tasty and almost like a quiche. :) I did find that I had to bake longer then the recipe required, and, no, it's not my oven - I know how to adjust recipes to compensate. I advise to keep checking the center until it's set, or the eggs will not be done.
