Very good. Followed a few of the other recommendations, but can't remember which ones...sorry. Not so helpful. :) But a good, solid dish.

Awesome! My daughter loved it! I used high fiber pasta and my family didn't even notice. Added a little salt and pepper to my own plate but the kids got by without it. Delicious with a bag of frozen peas tossed in. I think shredded Parmesan will work better than the highly grated Kraft Parmesan.

Delicious! I have 3 picky eaters and all three ate it and liked it. My husband and I loved it the most. Great use of leftover turkey. I did use one suggestion-adding the peas before baking.

This recipe was super easy, delicious, and easy to add to. To make it your very own, add celery, mushrooms or red peppers. I added my favorite, garlic for a tasty option for my left over turkey. With this basic recipe, the options are unlimited. Cooked as is, it is a kid favorite!

I just realized, reading the recipe again, that I added a can of cream of chicken soup that wasn't called for. It's a good thing I did. I baked this for an hour, and it was almost too dry. I did use cheddar because that's what I had, and I also added canned mushrooms. Two of my three kids ate this, but we all thought it was just ok. Next time I will add something, maybe the onion and/of garlic that others have used, but my husband suggested replacing some of the milk with Ranch salad dressing or some of the broth with Italian salad dressing. Maybe I'll try his ideas next!

Great but just used 2 cups chicken broth (that's all I had)and 2 cups milk. and it was just perfect, not runny, just nice and moist.

Fantastic! I doubled the recipe and froze one for later. I was able to use ALL of our Christmas turkey left overs!

Family loved it so much after Thanksgiving, we'll do it again after Christmas. Cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese are fine substitutes.

I sauteed 8 or 9 crushed garlic cloves and 3 small onions and also added ~3t. crushed dry basil, which added a nice flavor. Used Turkey broth (a can was leftover from Xmas) since I had no chicken broth. I followed the recommendations about cooking for less time, which I did, for 30 minutes. The pasta absorbed too much sauce and it was a bit dry. We thought that maybe a can or two of cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup would have added the necessary "creaminess" to the sauce, which was all that was lacking in this dish. The sauce tasted amazing before mixing with the pasta, my family couldn't wait. Definitely will try next time, with a few more modifications. ; )

MAde according to directions with the addition of fresh garlic and onion. This was very tasty dish but agree that it doesn't need to bake for an hour, it dries it out to much. I did 40 and it wa sa bit dry, next time 30 min. Very tasty!

I followed the recipe exactly and it had NO flavor. It was bland and needed lots of spice, veggies, or something. I noticed on the other reviews that some people add garlic or onions. Maybe that would salvage this dish, but I doubt it.

Best tettrazini ever! was what my family said! I changed up a couple of things. I put a wee bit of garlic in the butter with the flour. I used whole wheat spiral noodles since I was out of spaghetti noodles. I substituted one of the cups of milk for another cup of broth. I put some buttered Italian bread crumbs on top for some crunch. I served peas alongside. There was just three of us and we had leftovers. The leftovers didn't last long! We loved this recipe!

This was an awesome idea for leftover turkey! I sauted some onions and mushrooms and added them to the turkey mixture. Would be great for chicken too!

An easy to make recipe with just a few ingredients. I made this with leftovers for my husband and I, so the recipe was halved. I started out by adding some minced garlic into the butter with a little oil, and substituted out whole wheat spaghetti pasta. I didn't have parmesan cheese on hand, so I used 1/2 c. cheddar cheese in the casserole and 1/4 c. on top, then baked for 40 minutes. It came out great! Thanks for sharing this easy recipe!

This is a good basic recipe. I added mushrooms, garlic & onion and would add peas in the future. This was great when first prepared, but dried out the next day. I would add more milk to make it soupier next time. It also makes a huge amount. I will try to cut in half the next time I make it.
