Very wonderful. I will try this in the future with chicken. This recipe is a good starting ground to experiment with different flavors.

This was very good, the only thing I added was salt & pepper to taste and some frozen peas to the broth mixture before adding it to the spaghetti and baking.

Not to bad for quick, I added some canned mushrooms to try and give it a little more texture and some black pepper. Ended up adding some Chipotle tabasco sauce on while I was eating it for a little more flavor. Just kept thinking it needed something...

Would have been better if it would have been covered with foil for the first 30 minutes.

This was fantastic! I used a fried cajun turkey and halfed since there is only 2 of us. As well I added a little dash of creole seasoning since the turkey had been previously seasoned with it. I also added a jar of mushrooms and used angel hair so as not to stuff us too much it was wonderful. Only 4 stars because on my second helping I was letting my stomach settle and I'm not sure the sauce will keep the turkey as moist as it was when it came out of the oven.

I wanted veggies in this dish, so after I removed the cooked spaghetti from the pot of hot water, I flash-steamed 2 cups of frozen broccoli and 1 cup of frozen peas before adding them to the broth mixture. I made a half recipe to start, with only a third of the spaghetti noodles. I added about a third of a cup more of the broth. I also added seasoned bread crumbs to the Parmesan cheese before sprinkling on top. Baked for 40 minutes.

Love this recipe! Easy and came out awesome! And, no canned soup needed! I made a few modifications...I sauteed chopped celery, onion and sliced mushrooms. I also added a little tabasco to the sauce. I didn't think bread crumbs were necessary-the parm makes a delish crusty top. This is a keeper!

Great leftover turkey recipe. I added sauteed onions and mushrooms and a can of cream of mushroom soup. All my post Thanksgiving guests raved over it! A definite recipe keeper!

Delicious! Sauteed the onion with some garlic first. Halved the butter. Would probably be even better with some mushrooms and peas.

This was very good. I did saute onion and garlic in the butter before adding the flour. I also added black pepper as well. As someone else suggested I added more cheese and topped it with Italian seasoned bread crumbs which added a nice crunchy crust on top. A good way to use up left over turkey.

I found it bland. Adding finely chopped onions, celery, and carrots would improve the flafor.

I gave it the same modifications as everyone else did. I divided mine in half and froze the other for a quick meal later. Great way to use up those last remainder pieces from your turkey.

You need to cut back on the quantity so it will fit in the dish. I modified as others did and added breadcrumb topping. I added mushroom soup and used ground turkey with garlic, onion and pepper. My husband loved the "crusty topping!" and gave it a "thumbs up." Will make again in smaller quantity.

Very bland. I've added celery, mushrooms, and onion to the leftovers hoping it will add texture and flavor.
