Delicious!!! I used Italian seasoned turkey and when cooking the turkey I added 1 veg bouillon and 1 tomato and veg bouillon. I halved the salt and doubled the pepper. My fiance and I agreed this was one of the best meals we've had. We would order this out at a restaurant it was so good!

Love this! Luckily I had the ingredients I needed on hand, substituting red bell peppers and parmesan cheese. Make sure you drain everything well. It could possibly use a little more kick, but maybe if I'd have used cheddar cheese it would have been fine. I've been telling everyone about this hit!

Yummy! I did add some additional seasoning...these seasonings were added to a double recipe (1/4t black pepper, 1/4t salt, 1/2t poultry seasoning, 1C rice, and 1 egg). I also didn't make the sauce, instead I added 1C cheddar cheese to 2 packets of turkey gravy mix and the approp. amount of water.

Good basic recipe with a few changes. After cooling the boiled peppers, line them with shredded parmesian. I made the 'stuffing' with 1lb ground turkey breast, 2 onions, 6 cloves garlic, fresh chopped mushrooms. Make the sauce as in recipe and add a little half n half while boiling. Add the turkey mixture to the sauce with cheese (to taste) and sun dried tomatoes. Sprinkle w/panko, cover and bake for 30 mins. Remove cover and broil for 5 mins.

Really good recipe. Only criticism is I found it bland. Once I added more salt it was delicious! Maybe some spice would make it better also

Enjoyed this very much! Saved time by cooking turkey, onions, garlic, tomatoes in a skillet while making the sauce in another pan. Melted shredded cheddar in the sauce, then added turkey mix to sauce. This was done ahead of time, then chilled. Filled peppers that had been nuked for 5 mins, and then put in oven to finish. Nice change of pace from my normal Italian style stuffed peppers!

These peppers were awesome, I doubled the recipe to have leftovers and was so thankful, they made a great lunch as well. I used a can of diced tomatoes drained and half the cheese but sprinkled bread crumbs on top for a little texture instead and they were great. My husband and daughter loved them.

This was very yummy!! I am surprised there is not very many reviews. The only things I did different, is I used a red and a yellow pepper instead of green. Also, I used red onion since that is all I had. I will definitely make this again.
