Hey, any recipe that makes ground turkey taste good, is A-OK in my book. I used ricotta instead of the sour cream. I used diced tomatoes instead of sauce. The whole thing is thrown together in no time. Very good.

This isn't the type of recipe I would make from scratch, but when you've got leftover spaghetti, it's a great way to use it up. Instead of the sour cream I used ricotta cheese and replaced the mozarella with provolone. No complaints from my gang and thank you!

This is worth making. Follow other's ideas. Ricotta instead of sour cream. I doubled the recipe and baked in a 2.5 quart dish. I added two small cans tomato sauce + 1 can Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes. (many say it is dry) . DH added chopped green chili peppers. We enjoed

This is a good recipe. I was trying to find a way to use up some leftover spaghetti and other stuff I had in the kitchen. It turned out good. I have since made this using fresh ingredients with good results.

I prefer ground turkey over beef and am always looking for new turkey recipes - this is a great turkey recipe. Very filling and an all time favorite of my husbands. I have made this recipe many times and never get tired of it.

This was a good recipe. I think next time I will stir everything together first then bake. But my huband really enjoyed it.

Very good! I doubled this recipe, using 2 separate pie plates as I did one batch for the kids and one batch for us. I used fresh garlic for both and to ours I added some mushrooms, a jalapeno, some chipotle chili powder and taco seasoning. I also swapped the sour cream for ricotta and used more tomato sauce than called for as it didn't seem 'saucy' enough. Yummy!

this was pretty good! i took the advice of others and used ricotta cheese instead of sour cream, and i think we would prefer it that way. sour cream seems like it would have tasted weird. also i used spaghetti sauce instead of plain tomato sauce so i omitted the oregano. finally i tripled the recipe and it fit well into an 11x7 pan. i served extra sauce on the side as it was a bit dry. thanks! UPDATE: made this again and fat free greek yogurt works just as well in place of the ricotta or sour cream !! plus, less calories and fat, always a good thing :)

This is a good one. I added more tomato sauce and garlic powder instead of garlic salt!
