I found this recipe in 2006. I use it after holidays when there is left over turkey, but my kids love it year round. This is simple and delicious. Totally awesome.

I used this recipe after thanksgiving with left over turkey and it was delicious. I used cream of onion soup instead of mushroom and it added much more flavor. I'm making it tonight with chopped up rotisserie chicken.

Comfort food! I used what I had (leftover chicken, cream of chicken soup, can of Veg-All, refrigerated roll out pie crust) Delicious and so very easy. Perfect after an exhausting day of work. Pop it in the oven and then relax for 45 minutes. It tasted like much more work went into it. Would definitely make again and again.

this recipe is easy to follow and customize to your tastes and supplies: I went all-leftovers! I used half cream of mushroom soup and half cream of chicken soup. Also, I used half and half instead of milk. Instead of the mixed vegetables, I stirred in some of our leftover green bean casserole, and a handful of frozen corn niblets. YUM!

This was so easy and so good. I threw in a few leftover extra veggies we had in the fridge along with some from the can. Next time I think I will add a little more milk to make it a little more creamy. I did add extra veggies and turkey, why not???

It was very easy to make. My only suggestion was that I used low fat cream of mushroom soup but added about a cup of cheddar cheese. It was very good use of my leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

This was very tasty and easy! I love short cut recipes however I like to make my mushroom mixture from scratch because the canned stuff has MSG in it. So, I just made a basic white sauce with sauted mushrooms, onion and a little red bell pepper. A little more work, but soooo good.

Wow- this recipe is unbelievably easy and the taste is AMAZING! I used condensed cream of potato soup instead and was very happy with the results. I also sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top before I topped the filling with the second pie shell. Yum! Prep time was more like 5 min- which was fine by me! I will definitely use this recipe again and also try subbing chicken too.
