This was incredibly delicious. I followed the recipe almost exactly... except I cooked the potatoes in 3 cups of water, 2 large bouillon cubes. Once they were almost cooked, I added in a box of frozen mixed veggies. This made a lot of filling, so instead of a pie pan, I used a deep square pyrex dish... the premade pie crust worked fine it it.

Great flavor, but I was expecting it to have more gravy. This is more of a thick pot pie.

My family and I loved this recipe. We ate it after Thanksgiving last year and they were begging me to look it up and cook 2 this year. Everyone was disappointed last year when we didn’t have enough pie. Awesome Recipe!!!

It was a great dinner! My husband loved it. The only thing I changed was that I used sweet potatoes and mixed skim milk with fat free half and half. The sweet potatoes were a great addition.

Our whole family really enjoyed this pie. I used the food processor to chop up the veggies very well so that the kids wouldn't pick them out. Great flavour!

I altered it by using home-made turkey broth, no milk, and leftover gravy. We fight over it, I think I'll have to start making 2 at at time!

My husband isn't fond of Turkey Pie but I thought I'd try this recipe with our l/over Thanksgiving turkey. It was very good and he's now a Turkey Pie fan! I did the prep & clean up in the early afternoon and then put it all together about an hour before we were ready to eat.

EASY ... and DELICIOUS!!! I used canned POTATOES and added frozen peas.... consistancy was perfect! We love this!!! It freezes well too! EVEN EASIER VERSION - I sauted small onion in butter, added sliced/drained canned potatoes - sliced canned carrots, 1 cube bullion & 1 or 2 tsp Poultry seasoning. I then added 2C milk and 1 package of McCormicks Country Gravy - allowed gravy to thicken then added the turkey. I left it all in my cast iron skillet and topped with a ready made pie crust. FAST FAST FAST & EASY EASY EASY - DELICIOUS very close to the original version of the recipe!!!!

This was very yummy. I used store bought crust. Next time I will probably use less potatoe and more turkey.

Everyone I've ever served this recipe to LOVED it. I've even had friends leave out the oregano because of an alergy - and it was still awesome! I think the way the vegetables are cooked with the orgeano and parsley at the begining is the key to this recipe. I love it!

Made exactly the way listed in the recipe, it turns out a little bland. I like my food to have a little spice and more flavor. I added crushed red pepper flakes, chili powder, granulated garlic powder, and cajun seasoning. This helped, and all in all not a bad recipe for another left over turkey recipe.

Very tasty. My husband loved it. I didn't feel it was necessary to cook the meat and veggies in a separate pot since I was using leftovers. It was a real time saver. I also added pie crust to make it a little more savory.

I have made this pot pie more times than I can count and we just love it. After the first time I made it I started to experiment. I always use 2 cups of chicken broth instead of the water and bullion. Pie crust is not my specialty so I buy the refrigerated ready made crusts. I have used frozen peas in this recipe and they are good if you like peas(don't use canned, they're too mushy). I also don't care much for oregano so I usually use rosemary or thyme instead. A little celery seed is also good.

I made a pot pie for the first time and love this ! One change I made : I used one potato and one carrot instead of two potatoes. I brought the leftover to work on the next day but it tastes best just our of oven.

This was a really good recipe. I normally don't care for pot pie, but I liked it. I used chicken instead of turkey and I added some brown gravy mix and an extra cup of water to the cooking vegetable mixture.

This is a fantastic recipe - the only change I made was to substitute thyme for the oregano just because I like the flavor better - I used pre-made chicken broth rather than the water & boullion but I don't think that had any impact on the recipe.

It's OK - didn't turn out as good as the beef pot pie. I think it's because I have a hard time finding convenience turkey meat (besides roasting my own turkey!)
