This was just Okay. I would not buy turkey to make this. We had leftovers and tried it. I added a second egg, but only the white. Make this ONLY if you can't find another way to use up leftover turkey

These were delicious! I read the other reviews and if your gonna use turkey, you gotta use a little olive oil in the pan, so they don't dry out, especially if you use all turkey breast. And be careful not to overcook. I used ginger paste from the jar and dried minced onion instead of fresh. There were no leftovers.

My family didn't like these at all. We're trying to find alternatives to red meat every now and then, but they weren't very receptive to this recipe. It was somewhat dry, and the garlic taste just didn't seem to work.

I made these burgers with ground chicken and it was very tasty. My husband really enjoyed them also and asked me to keep this recipe. My finicky 3 and 5 year old also liked these. I'll definitely be making these again.

We didn't have the ginger, so we didn't use it, but they were still delicious! I also added mushrooms, thanks to the suggestion below, and it was great. I will make again.

My fiance and I really enjoyed this recipie, although we thought the ginger overpowered it. Next time, we will leave it out.

They were pretty good. Took more than 5 minutes on each side. Maybe my stove was not as hot.

This was a FABULOUS new way to use ground turkey! My whole family absolutly enjoyed every bite! Fresh flavors of garlic and ginger really make this an eye opener! Thank you so much for the new idea! We've made it twice since I found this recipe 1 week ago!
