This was a great idea to vamp up turkey dinner leftovers! I shredded/pulled turkey meat and stewed in a garlic-tomato based primavera sauce w/ a diff variety of veggies. Easily adaptable to every taste.

i give this recipe three stars because even though it was easy to make, it still tasted very bland. i cut the recipe down to 2 to make lunch for today and have some more for tomorrow, but i think i'm going to have to find a way to make tomorrows more interesting. i only put red peppers and broccoli, and didn't have any italian seasoning so i put oregano, garlic powder and pepper for spices. it really feels like it's missing something, i just don't know what.

An absolutely wonderful use for leftover turkey (chicken would be good too!) The turkey I used had been roasted with rosemary, so that was the seasoning I used in this pasta instead of Italian Seasoning. Also sauteed the veggies first, removed them from the skillet and made the sauce. Then added them back in along with the turkey. Mixed in the cooked pasta last. Only used half a pkg of cream cheese and the consisistency was rich and creamy enough.

What a great, quick, healthy recipe! I had to figure out a way to use up the rest of my Thanksgiving Turkey, and found this little gem! I had a bag of frozen veggies from Trader Joes' and Wheat Spaghetti. The only thing I changed was that I used fresh chopped garlic and sea salt. Absolutely yummy! My picky 7 yr old even loved it! Thanks!

Would love to give this a 5, but I made a few too many changes...I followed the other suggestions and I used real garlic. I steamed my vegetables instead of putting them in the pasta water (in order to keep the nutrients). For vegetables I used broccoli carrots mushrooms zucchini red and green pepper. I cut the green peppers in the sauce..I also used chicken instead of turkey because its what I had on hand...

This recipe was great but tasted like it was missing something. I think next time I will add fresh garlic instead of garlic powder and use shredded parmesan instead of grated.

This was easy to prepare and tasted good! I omitted the green onions and added fresh mushrooms to the sauce. I also added 1 tsp minced garlic to the sauce, and next time would add even more! If I make this again, I would use half as much pasta and twice as many vegetables.

This turned out REALLY well. I didn't have any green onions or peppers but added some asparagus. I also used whole wheat noodles. Hubby liked it too. Thanks for the recipe!

What a great way to use my leftover turkey! The sauce is creamy and delicious and the veggies add great color and flavor. I used 2 cloves minced garlic instead of the powder and doubled the salt and pepper.
