It was edible but I won't be making this again. Unfortunately, I had to sub worcestershire for the soy sauce because I didn't have any and I used whole wheat noodles and fat free sour cream to lighten it up so maybe it was my substitutions but it was not very good.

This turned out great I used medium size shell pasta instead of the egg noddles. In place of the pimentoes and water chestnuts I added some peas and corn. I also used fresh sliced mushrooms.

Tasty idea, but I had to make too many modifications for more than three stars! I cut the recipe in half, but still need to add 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup, plus 1/4 cup of chicken stock to create a creamy sauce. It was also very bland, so I added a 1/4 tsp. cayenne, 1/4 tsp. paprika and 1/4 tsp. cumin. I also used worcestershire sauce instead of soy because I thought it would be too salty. I used 3/4 cup of fat free sour cream to try and add more sauce to the dish. I added some italian breadcrumbs and crushed ritz crackers on the top to create more texture. It tasted really good in the end!

Not bad! Used 1.5lbs left over turkey, kept the rest of the ingrediants the same and had to add about a cup of milk. Next time I will sprinkle some sharp cheddar on top.

I was SO pumped to try this, as I'm always looking for fun new things with Ground Turkey. Made a few tiny adjustments, due to what I had on hand.. First, I halved the recipe. Added green onion, broccoli florets and Parmesan Cheese to the top. Left out mushrooms and pimentos. Used lemon juice (just a splash) instead of LP Seasoning. It looked alright - smelled pretty good. Served to husband and dear lord, the dirty look I got! He thought this was too "Asian" tasting. (He HATES all Asian food)

Disappointingly, this was only okay. Personally, there was 1 lb too much turkey. Instead of that, I would have doubled the mushrooms and celery. In addition, I should have read the other comments--add some cheese on top... or even breadcrumbs. Not sure if I would make this again, but if I do, there's def going to be major changes.

This was pretty good. It resembled a recipe we use in our house which uses ground beef and peas & carrots. I only gave it four stars though because next time I would like to pep it up with just a little more flavor by adding fresh herbs or more seasoning.

Let me add my kudos - I am one of the many who utilized my left over turkey for this one instead of ground turkey. I also substituted a can of sweet peas for the water chestnuts. I sprinkled a layer of cheese on top and then upped the holiday factor on it by topping the whole dish off with some french fried onions and then sticking it back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Thanks for the recipe!

Yum! I made this with left over turkey and it came out delicious. I did not have lemon pepper seasoning so I used a little lemon juice instead. I used low-fat sour cream and 99% fat free mushroom soup mix to keep it a little healthier. I used Barilla Campanelle pasta instead of the egg noodles. It was REALLY good. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. We froze left-overs and reheated for lunches. It was just as good if not better reheated.

I gave this recipe 5 stars but I really changed it a lot. I used leftover turkey and cream of celery soup. I didn't use onions, peppers, mushrooms or pimentos. Instead, I added 12 oz. of broccoli florets and about a T of Mrs. Dash's Onion and Herb seasoning, salt and pepper. I also crushed about 16 buttery whole wheat crackers that my mom left here after Thanksgiving and added that to the top. I baked it for 30 minutes under foil and then 5 more without the foil. I think this is the best casserole I've ever made. That being said, it's a good recipe!

Very good and different. I also took some of the suggestions from the reviews and did not use pimentos but added green beans and cheddar cheese to the top.

This turned out awesome. I only used 1 pound of ground turkey and left out the onions and celery. I really liked the soy sauce. Without the noodles and sour cream, I think this recipe would work great over chow mein noodles and rice.

Does not look pleasing to the eye but the taste was pretty good. Omitted the celery, mushrooms & pimientos (personal preference)and used a red pepper instead of green. Thanks for a fast and hearty meal.
