This recipe of my grandmother's has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. A quick and easy dish of meatballs in a creamy vegetable sauce that tastes great over noodles or other pasta.

Turkey gives a different twist to these slightly sweet and spicy meatballs. For the holidays, I serve them on a tray lined with parsley and garnished with red pepper or pimientos.

This is a pared-down recipe that my husband and I enjoy. It makes a satisfying dinner for two, served over hot rice or noodles. I like to accompany it with baked acorn squash. -Audrey Thibodeau, Mesa, Arizona

These oven-baked meatballs are fast and easy to prepare and very kid friendly. You can serve them with pasta and spaghetti sauce or just eat them with ketchup, as my children do.
