I just made this tonight because I was in the mood for something different. I came across this recipe and happened to have everything on hand. It was super easy to make. I made it as written, not changing anything. It was really good but not a WOW factor. I would defintely make it again if everything was on hand but I wouldn't set out to make it if that makes sense. It was almost to mushy. I would of added some cayenne pepper but my 3 year old twins were eating it with us. Can't give it rave reviews but it was a good quick middle of the week meal.

Absolutely terrific; meatloaf has come back onto our menus with this delicious and much healthier alternative! I used Gyoza dipping sauce instead of teriyaki sauce -- the store product I used has soy sauce v. vinegar, with toasted sesame oil, cilantro and red peppers. We will be having this at least a couple of times a month.

Add feta cheese and omit all others. I use one slice of bread and chop it up in very small pieces. Use more teriaki, enough so that bread crumbs will not be soaked but so they have a good coating. Once in pan sprinkle a little parm on top as well as a little more teriaki Husband loves this!!!!! Cant get enough. (i make double batch and he makes sandwhiches for work)

This was good, but not GREAT!! I doubled up on the Teriyaki, but still felt it was lacking something. Might add some veggies next time, like some of the other reviewers did.

Everyone absolutely loved this meal, even my dad who hates meatloaf! I doubled the amount of teriyaki sauce and only used mozzarella cheese. In addition, I sparingly poured some more teriyaki sauce & pepper over the meatloaf before sprinkling the last amount of cheese on it. This is even more delicious if you serve it with Diana Sauce BBQ Sauce.

Great! I doubled all of the ingredients, the original recipe wouldn't feed a family of four!

This was sooo yummy! I used buttermilk bread, and garlic salt instead of the powder. Also used fresh shredded parmesan cheese for the topping. Moist, and full of flavor!
