Not bad, though I would cut back a bit on the cheese, unless you REALLY like cheesy!

My family loved this. I made it after Christmas with our left over turkey. Now I use leftover chicken or I get some turkey legs and pop them in the slowcooker on low for about four hours. That way we can have it all year long. And I precook the noodles. Cuts down on cooking time and my noodles started to dry out quite a bit. I also add milk to our liking as we like a creamier mac and cheese. Really good.

Great way to use left over turkey. I replaced the milk with sour cream to give it a bit more flavor. My kids loved it!

This recipe was an excellent starting point for my leftover turkey. I changed this slightly by cooking the macaroni fist and by adding chopped green peppers and onion instead of the canned mushrooms and by adding cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken soup. Very tasty, filling and economical!

This was fantastic! I used two boxes of mac-n-cheese, boiled the noodles until done, added cream of chicken soup, 1-2 cups of milk, salt, pepper, one of the mac-n-cheese cheese packets, leftover turkey, broccoli, and colby jack cheese shredded over the top. Baked for about 20 minutes at 350. My 8 yr old daughter had 4 helpings!!

Really good way to use up leftover turkey. Very good, we also precooked the pasta for 6 mins to get it started. Otherwise followed all other directions. We added some leftover frenchs fried onion to top during last 10 mins as well which made it taste even better!

Very good, It seemed a little bland so I threw in some chopped green olive and a little "crunch",so... bottom of the bag crushed potato chips. Yummy!

I sauted the turkey in a little olive oil and mediterrean herb sea salt prior to adding to other ingreidients. I think this helped add flavor to the dish. My family enjoyed this. I enjoyed the simplicity of this recipe. It is a quick meal and a great way to use leftover turkey without repeating Thanksgiving.

If I were to make this again I would definitely cook the macaroni atleast halfway through before putting it in the oven. All the macaroni did not cook all the way through and was hard. Other then that not a bad recipe, added a bag of frozen veggies, cauliflower, broccolie and carrots. Needs more flavor though and definitely do not add the macaroni without cooking it a bit prior.

This was super delicious. I used the leftovers from the Slow Cooker Turkey break recipe also available on this site. I did not have cheddar on hand and used a shredded Mexican cheese blend instead - mild and delicious. The results were pleasantly cheesy. Very easy to make. My husband had thirds!

I thought this casserole was okay. It was definitely filling, and my 2 year old had seconds. I think it needs a little onion or seasoning to balance out the cheese.

We loved this! I added frozen sweet corn as another suggested. I think next time I'll cook the macaroni first to cut back on the baking time and add some minced onion.

I have made this many times--all of us, including 2 children, love it. I add a bag of frozen veggies (usually corn or peas) to this so that we have a meal in one!
