I used left over turkey from Thanksgiving, fresh garlic and a drizzle of sesame oil in place of the soy sauce. Also, I only used 1 package of ramen noodles, reducing the water to 1 cup and only 1 packet of flavoring. This was quite good and I'll make it again.

This had been in my recipe box for a long time, and I'm so glad that I finally made it! Delicious, and a cheap & easy weeknight meal. At the suggestion of another review, I only used one seasoning packet. I will make it again.

This was really good. Made me hungry for egg rolls. I used some chow mien noodles that I had left over. I used only one seasoning packet from some chicken flavored Ramen noodles. I also got 'shredder happy' and shredded the carrots along with the cabbage. Very easy to prepare. This is a keeper. Thanks.

Fantastic flavor! I used one package of Oriental and one package of Hot and Spicy Ramen noodles. This easy to make dish was enjoyed by all!

I made this following all the directions except I didn't use an onion and the the only veggies I had were carrots. I also used ground beef and drained the fat before mixing with water. Over all this dish is pretty good and easy to make.

I was a little leery about this recipe. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. I did make a few changes. I could not find Ramen at the Commissary so I got Japanese noodles, Sapporo Ichiban, instead. Also, I had some frozen veggies, so I used those instead of peas and I also used fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder. The Japanese noodle seasoning did not seem to be nearly as salty as Ramen seasoning, so I used both packages of seasoning.

I never thought ramen noodles could taste good but i was pleasantly surprised. I used some cubed left over chicken in place of the ground turkey and used low sodium ramen(chicken flavor). Used both flavor packets as the recipe states. Very good flavor. Thanks for the recipe.

This was good, but I did did change a few things. I used one packet of seasonings, omitted the cabbage, and peas, and added shredded cheese to the top when it was done.

The family is finishing eating right now. This is a hit with 2 of the 3 people in my family which is okay cause the 3rd one doesn't eat much anyway. DH and oldest DS both asked that I make it again. Thanks for sharing!!

This was surprisingly delicious! I followed another reviewer's suggestion and used only 1 packet of the ramen seasoning (chicken flavor) because we don't like salty food and it turned out perfect. Also, I didn't have any frozen peas, so I substituted frozen mixed vegetables for the carrots and peas. The kids gobbled it up and asked for more!

This recipe was great! I threw the ingredients "ground turkey" and "ramen" into the recipe search and couldn't believe a recipe came up...and to top it off, it was de-lish! I made a couple adjustments just based on what I had on hand. 1) Instead of using the veggies suggested, I microwaved and threw in one package of "Steamers" Asian Medley with an Orange sauce. It really added a great flavor, just a hint of orange...it was nice. 2) I also took the suggestion of others and used minced garlic and less of the ramen packaged seasoning. It was still pretty salty, but super yummy too! Even my son ate it...which is really just a miracle! This recipe will stay in the recipe box for later use...often use! :-)

I used a grocery store roasted turkey breast instead of the ground turkey and minced garlic instead of the garlic powder. This was fast and easy. (30 minutes max) My kids liked it a lot and said it tasted just like "take-out." It doesn't have complex flavor but it is a great dish for the whole fam!!!

From the first time I found this recipe a year or so back I have made it many times now because it's really tasty! A few suggestions I wanted to make to folks to make this a healthier meal: I use bragg's liquid aminos instead of soy sauce and Soken brand ramen which is msg free and vegan, these 2 substitutions really reduce salt/msg. Also I often make it with only 1/2 lb ground turkey or 1 ramen packet but same amount of vegetables, it's just as good and a lot better for you. Don't skip the cabbage! For our family sriracha is a must with this meal.
