Pretty tasty. I used lean ground turkey and upped the curry powder quite a bit -- used at least 2t. Served with steamed green beans.

I love curry, but I didn't care for this recipe much. I think it probably could use more curry powder. Also, I used unsalted peanuts, since the recipe just said peanuts, so we had to add salt at the table.

This is a great recipe. My family loves it. Very easy and delicious! Works well with chicken as well as turkey. Golden raisins are a great addition, too.
