Very good. I seasoned the turkey with a sweet BBQ rub and black pepper cause the thought of plain turkey didn't sound good. It made all the difference. The possibilities are endless. All the different types of seasonings that can be used makes the ideal for having often. Low calories and low fat. YAY!! I'm thinking of trying this with some sweet Italian sausage with the casing removed. Maybe add some peppers and spinach. YUMMY!!

There are a lot of variations that can be done with this one. Bisquick calls it a Fajita Pot Pie

This was really great! I had taken ground turkey out of the freezer to make something else, but when I went to make the other recipe, one of the ingredients had gone bad. I hadn't been to the grocery store so I needed a recipe that I had the ingredients for AND was easy since we have a newborn! I heated up some frozen onions before I browned the meat, and then used a package of mixed frozen vegetables so we had some vegetables in it as well. Also used some chili powder, hot sauce, worcestershire, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder, and used pepper jack cheese. I assembled it during the day and baked it when we were hungry. Really good and fast one dish meal!!

I didn't have biscuit/baking mix so I found a recipe for a mock biscuit mix and used it instead. I also used 2 eggs. I thought it was good needed salt and pepper. Husband and kids 3yrs and 1 years liked it too.

It needs a little more flavor. Next time I will try adding some additional seasonings to the turkey while it's browning.

Good basic low fat recipe. Very bland unless you doctor it up. I used fresh minced garlic, chili powder and ground cumin when browing the turkey. Then I used the southwest egg beaters (red pepper, green pepper, and onion in them) and a 4oz can of diced green chilis. Also used a taco seasoned monteray jack and cheddar cheese mixture.

I've made this twice and is delish! I took advice from other reviews (adding spices to the meat while it is browning). I also add veggies between the meat and cheese. The only problem with this is there are usually no left overs. YUM and EASY!
