I used chicken instead of turkey and used only half the broccoli so I could add carrots and corn. Husband loved it, so 5 out of 5 for this one!

This was your average run of the mill bisquick type casserole dish. Not bad---I will add some allspice and fresh thyme if I ever make it again.

This was a very good way to use left-over turkey or chicken. Tasted warm and inviting.

A great tasting dish that really helps in making a turkey last. Light and full of flavor. A good recipe for a change from the norm. The onions were sauteed as recommended.

I didn't have bisquick, so I substituted pancake mix instead and added about 2 tablespoons of shortnening, and a dash of salt and pepper. A little strange, but the sweetness of the pancake mix was good with it! Also, instead of just broccoli, I used a broccoli, cauliflower and carrot medley. I didn't sprinkle cheese on top and it came out great! Excellent recipe to use for leftover turkey.

This was great!! What a perfect thing to make using up that leftover turkey. I was nervous because it seems like it my be dry when you're making it, but the batter holds it all together perfectly. I made a double batch in a cake pan and the very center didn't get completely cooked because it would end up taking about twice as long cooking at 375 and I was too imapatient. We just ate around the very center and it was great! Will definitly make again to use leftover turkey.
