This was quite good! I used 2 cans of chunk turkey meat. Used a whole green pepper and omitted the celery, and also added a few splashes of hot sauce. Had a great "kick" to it. Very easy meal with a lot of flavor.

I really enjoyed this. I was out of picante sauce, unexpectedly, so I added in a little bbq sauce and tabasco. I used deli sliced turkey because that is what I had on hand, put this in a whole wheat tortilla and topped it with some sauted broccoli slaw, cabbage and garlic. It froze well and was a good lunch for work. I'll put this into my rotation

This was definitely something different. It was missing a bit of sweet so I added just a bit of some onion bbq sauce in the mix. Maybe I will try honey next time.

I made this restaurant-quality barbecue twice using shredded left-over Thanksgiving turkey. I kicked it up a notch with a few more shakes of Tabasco and served it on warm buns with home-made coleslaw. It is one of those satisfying meals that really hits the spot. Thanks for sharing.
