Turkey Barbecue

Arlene Anderson
"I originally got this recipe from my daughter-in-law, who likes to cook healthy meals. I just added my Texas touch to give the chunky turkey sandwiches some zip. I serve them a cranberry salad. --Arlene Anderson of San Antonio, Texas"

I made this restaurant-quality barbecue twice using shredded left-over Thanksgiving turkey. I kicked it up a notch with a few more shakes of Tabasco and served it on warm buns with home-made coleslaw. It is one of those satisfying meals that really hits the spot. Thanks for sharing.

This was definitely something different. It was missing a bit of sweet so I added just a bit of some onion bbq sauce in the mix. Maybe I will try honey next time.
