Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10 ounce) package mixed baby greens
  • 1 Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, and saute the tuna until heated through.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, salad greens, apple, and mandarin oranges.
