Soo good! I was looking for a dip/spread to make with tuna and cream cheese and found this... Exactly what I wad craving! I read other reviews and took the advice and used two cans of tuna... If only used one I think the cream cheese would be too over-powering! Delicious and easy to make!

Pretty good. The addition of lemon sort of dulled/deadened the flavours of the tuna/cream cheese/onion but overall it was tasty, but as good without the lemon.

I made this with 2 cans of tuna, and it came out great. I think it's good either way, having tried it with one can first. I used onion powder instead of salt (cutting down on salt) and light cream cheese. If you don't have lemon juice, it's okay. I didn't really taste a difference, and it just made the dip less thick, but it has a good, creamy consistency either way. This is going on my list of dips to make for get-togethers and just hanging out at home.

Very tasty and easy! I made this for an after school snack today, and the kids (ages 4-14) loved it! I added some white pepper and subbed white vinegar for lemon juice. It came out great. Thanks for the post.

Fantastic! I found this last night while searching for some different Christmas appetizers. We tried it out today (used dried parsley as well) and it was delicious! We'll definitely add it to our holiday appetizer list. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, I have a question. This recipe is great and I was wondering if it is a good idea to keep it refrigerated in a jar? I just want to keep it handy as a snack spread. Thanks :]

Mom's been making this for years! Only she only uses cream cheese and tuna (no salt, pepper sauce or onion powder). It always gets raved reviewer. Typically she serves it around Christmas time as it makes a perfect addition to the snack table at Christmas parties. She has rolled it in parsley or even walnuts, but it's fine the way it is. Simple and delicious. We like it with wheat thins.

Absolutely amazing! I didn't use onion ppowder, instead just a slight sprinkle of garlic and I used Philadelphia Light cream cheese with chives. I have to make it ALL the time now lol! not just for crackers either lol. toast, and chips (crisps) ha! also I had to use pre bottled parsley because I just didn't have fresh stuff on hand! It didn't last very long on my table and I didn't even get to taste it! how rude! lol. Thanks alot for the recipe, will defo be making it again!

I absolutely LOVE this! I cannot stop eating this! I didn't have fresh parsley so I just added dried into the mixture. I also added in a shake of garlic powder and ground black pepper. This was great on Ritz crackers!! I spread some of this on melba toast, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika and broiled it for a minute and it was out of this world! Thanks for the post!

I tried a similar tuna spread at a party once and I've been wanting to have it again since then. This is the recipe I was looking for! I used the spread to fill in cherry tomatoes so I didn't roll it in parsley but directly added it into the mix. It's great, I can't stop eating it!
