Suprisingly good flavor! I used Non-Fat, Plain Greek Yogurt. Seriously surpised.

Used plain chobani yogurt for an extra protein punch and a jalapeno for a spicy kick.

This was very tasty. My only complaint was that the yogurt made the tuna mixture a bit too wet and that made the pita soggy. Might be because I used 2% yogurt. I think I would substitute low fat mayo next time. Otherwise good!

Yogurt is a great alternative to mayo. I added parsley and onions galore; a hit!

Just a hint when making Tuna Salad. I always add some lemon juice, a bit of yellow mustard and quite a few dashes of Tabasco. My kids are not fans of crunchy Tuna salad, so I add my sliced onions and pickles to my sandwich not the salad. My father is a retired chef, always when he made fish (any kind, cooked anyway) at least two of those ingredients were always present. Lemon and mustard bring out the best flavors in fish and the hot sauce just adds a bit of zip without adding salt. I will definitely be trying this recipe as my family will eat two cans for just one lunch.

This is really good. I added chopped raw apple and dried cranberries. Left out nuts ,didnt have any. Loved the yogurt. My yogurt had been drained for 2 days to turn it into a thick cream. Works great! My 5 year old really liked it.Thanks

This is a winner in my book. I have always wondered if there was a healthier alternative to mayonnaise in tuna salad and this is good one. I threw some sliced pepper jack cheese in my pita and it really helped kick up the flavor of the tuna salad. Which makes me wonder if you were to add a diced or sliced jalapeno to the mix of your salad. Its just a suggestion. But in my eyes this is the bee knees when it comes to tuna salad. Also a very good topping for a cracker. Thank You very much for adding this little concoction. :)

very good. i used canned chicken instead of tuna and left out the nuts. It was a real winner with my 4 and 2 years olds. I would definitely make it again.

I was so afraid this would taste like plain yogurt but it tastes exactly like the tuna salad I make with Miracle Whip! I even tricked my boyfriend by not telling him it used yogurt and he liked it!

I was really excited to try this recipe in my commercial foods class. I personally thought it was alright but the kids in my class did not like it because they thought it was "bland" they kept wanting to add salt or mayo. As a healthy alternative this recipe is great but it I found it lacked a bit in flavour and was not a hit with children
