Great base & idea! I didn't have ital dressing so I made a concoction of my own dressing + a little pesto. SOOOOO GOOD! Try it! I'm so happy that I found this recipe b/c I never would have put tuna with avocado... but it works! The creaminess of the avocado goes really well. Enjoy & thanks for the recipe!

This was pretty good. I added more vegetables and olives, used green onion, left the avocado out, and doubled the garlic and italian dressing. Next time I will leave the red pepper flakes out.

EVERYONE in the family loved this salad. I did not have fresh basil used 1 teaspoon of basil pesto instead.

I added a couple tbs of caesar dressing, sun dried tomatoes, and smoked paprika for a lot more flavor!

Perfect dish for a warm weather lunch as it's light and flavorful. The avocado adds a different twist to the usual tuna/pasta salad.
