Very very good basic recipe with tweaks. Added 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp cayenne, salt and pepper to mushroom mixture (and added finely diced red pepper for color & more veggies). Used only 2 tb butter for roux with 1 cup 2% milk and 1 1/4 cups chicken broth for sauce, then off heat added 1 tb cream cheese and 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used gruyere, but parmesan or extra sharp cheddar would be good for flavor). Sprinkled crushed butter/garlic croutons on top (no need for extran butter) and a little more cheddar and baked for 25 minutes. We don't like tuna that much, so I only used 1 can...will try again with chicken. Delish!
