This was good. I did omit the mushrooms. I thought it could have used a little more sauce so next time I'll increase the milk.

The best tuna noodle casserole recipe ever. I did cut out the onions and celery and added some carrots instead. Also added some oregano and basil inside and topped it with Parmesan mixed with the bread crumbs to give it a more Italian feel. I would recommend doubling the bread crumb recipe, one of the best parts!

An excellent tuna noodle casserole; my husband was overcome with his first forkful - very delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and found that the prep time is much longer than 30 minute, but I don't care. It is a perfect recipe with layers of flavor and a delightful aroma that fills the kitchen when the casserole is removed from the oven. My husband and I will enjoy it for years to come with family and friends.

This was really good. I gave 4 stars because it was very bland and needed a lot to get it going. Once seasoned properly, very yummy. I used rotini pasta instead of egg noodles. I also used some white wine to deglaze the pan after I had sauteed the veggies. I added 1/2 the cheese into the sauce. I didnt have mushrooms, so I added carrots and peas. I was able to lighten it up by sauteeing the veggies in olive oil and then only using 2 Tbsp butter for the white sauce.

We enjoyed this! I try to avoid using cream of...soup whenever I can. I used bow tie pasta instead of egg noodles. I also added extra celery and the whole onion. I had white wine in the fridge so I put a splash of it in when sauteing the veggies. I also put 1/2 cup shredded cheddar in the sauce. I'll be making this again!

Really good. Mine wasn't dry at all, but I might have added less noodles. I used pasta instead of egg noodles (bowties) and added until I thought there was enough for the sauce. I added 1c cheese to the mixture, and then sprinkled more on top with the bread crumbs. I also added asperagus because I had some to use up and took out the mushrooms and celery. Kids and hubby loved it too.

It was very dry and I had to add lots of spices to make it flavorful. Next time I'll double the sauce.

Finally a tuna casserole that doesn't take like cream of any kind of soup. I made as is, and wasn't too bland for the kids. For a more adult flavor, you can spice it up. Even bland it tasted better than the ususal processed soup and processed fried onion topped version.

Very lacking in flavor, which was very disappointing. The white sauce with little spices did nothing for me and my family. It also gave me terrible gas! Overall, this recipe needs some work!

4 stars because of necessary additions for flavor. I added dill, extra salt and pepper, a dissolved boullion cube, cream cheese, paremesan, doubled the garlic, and added a small amount of lemon flavored cooking wine to sautee the veggies. I added cheddar to the cream mixture and added extra cheddar to the top and topped it with french fried onions. This was good and my family LOVED it. I felt, however, that it still needed some additional pep in the cream sauce. I didn't season the veggies so maybe doing that would help. I also will try different spices next time. Overall, very good and a dinner to look forward to.

Only rated down from 5 stars because I think it's got more fat than it really needs. Pretty easy to lighten, and still tastes great.

Excellent recipe. Do as other's suggested and throw a cube of chicken bouillon into the sauce when you add the milk.
