This was basically a suped up tuna salad, it was good, but I think that I am more of a just tuna, mayo, relish, and egg kind of girl.

A friend of mine made this and I literally begged for the recipe. This recipe is amazing! I use light mayo. to make it a little healthier. My 3 year old even gobbles it up! Of course we pretend the peas are eyeballs!! I don't put it on lettuce leaves although it makes a pretty display.

I rarely give a five star but this is the best tuna fish salad I have had. The combination didn't sound great but it works very well.

This salad was a delightful departure from the regular tuna salad. I doubled the curry on the advice of another reviewer. Also, I added some black pepper. I served on a lettuce leaf as suggested and we ended up rolling up the salad in the lettuce leaf and ate it like a wrap. One thing I would change, though, is that I thought the salad had too many peas and not enough celery. I would change the amounts next time.

Excellent dish. Family really enjoyed it, especially my husband. Things I did different (what I had in pantry), used spaghetti instead of chow mein, and no almonds. Definitely a staple in my recipe book. Thanks for submitting it!

Usually, tuna salad recipes are too boring to keep and use again, but I'm saving this one!!! It was very flavorful without using too many herbs. I added half a chopped tomato, some chopped pineapple, and doubled the curry. Will make again:)

This is a GREAT recipe! My family is very particular, so I did not add the peas, celery or green onions. My husband does not like curry so I substituted the curry with Dijon Mustard. I added one hard boiled egg white chopped up, and then mixed it with some Bowtie pasta so it was served hot. They loved it! Thanks for the recipe!

This was wonderful! I had to make a few changes. I added a some chopped sweet onions, and french onion cruchies instead of chow mein. Also, I didn't use almonds (don't like them). My husband and I just LOVED this. I also served with the garlic bread.

Wow! I'm not a particularly big fan of tuna salad, but this is a keeper! It was easy to make, with standard kitchen ingredients. There was no fishy taste, and the curry was very subtle. Great job!

I made this for my family and it was very easy to make. I used half light mayo and half light Miracle Whip because my son likes it. The curry powder and lemon juice gave it a spicy kick, and the toasted slivered almonds that I just heated alone in a hot skillet gave it yet another flavor and crunch. The chow mein noodles on top was great too. Next time I made this, which I will, I will toss the tuna salad with cooked cooled bowtie pasta! Yum!
