This is a favorite holiday treat at our house. We use a can of chow mein noodles rather than the potatoe sticks. Really wonderful that way too!

Tastes good. Easy to make. The only thing is they are a little messy when trying to scoop them out and form a little mound. Next time I would probably try spooning them into muffin tins or mini muffin tins, refrigerate, then pop them out into regular containers. Otherwise it is too difficult to form any shape with them when putting them onto wax paper. Still a recipe I will make again.

These Were Great! I didn't bother measuring the ingredients I just kind of threw it all together! Very Easy!! However I did make two changes. I used half a bag of peanut butter chips instead of the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter(I love peanut butter). And I used a double boiler to melt the butterscotch & PB Chips together.

I really blew my diet with this one! You can't eat just one, they are addictive. These are so quick and easy to make but I strongly suggest you buy a quality brand of butterscotch chips to avoid problems with melting. Thank you for sharing your recipe, I really enjoyed these!

OMG I just love these. I mixed my butterscotch chips with chocolate chips in a 50/50 mix and they were much better that way, a big hit!

I made this with my 3 year old and she had a blast. The only thing I will do different next time is use semi-sweet chocolate morsels instead.
