WOW! This is a keeper!!
These sweet potato fries were incredible!! Everyone at the table raved and wanted more – but alas, there weren’t any more!!!
I followed the recipe but did add a couple of shakes of Cajun Seasoning. I used three pretty big sweet potatoes cut into ½” fries and left the skins on – best part!! I wouldn’t microwave any longer than the five minutes called for and for my oven, would raise the temp to 450 ° to crisp them a little more. Yes, they can burn a little if not turned over often enough but we found that only drew out the natural sugar and enhanced the flavor.
A definite repeat recipe.
