These were pretty good, but just because I love sweet potatoes. I followed all of the suggestions from other cooks (sliced thin, no pre-cook, spaced apart on the pan, cooked 45 minutes, etc.) and still couldn't get them to get the least bit crispy, unless I just burnt them to a crisp!
So they weren't really fries--just seasoned, baked sweet potato slivers--and for that they were good.
