Great recipe. I took the other reviewers advice and added the lemon juice to the fish instead of the sauce. turned out wonderful. I do recommend this recipe!

My husband made this recipe and it was good. We generally don't eat as much fat, so I would suggest cooking the mushrooms with a little Pam, and maybe just add a little lemon to the trout rather than the cream and butter sauce. Also, the lemon juice in the sauce made it curdle so I would not add it in if you want the sauce.
