INGREDIENTS
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
2 English muffins, split and toasted
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
4 slices processed American cheese

DIRECTIONS
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, salt and lemon-pepper; spread over muffin halves. Top each with a slice of pineapple and cheese. Broil 6 in. from the heat for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately.

This is so yummy. Instead of sliced pineapple I used tidbits and added it to the salad. It was so good and filling too.

These were absolutely delicious! I used fresh shredded cheddar cheese instead of an american cheese slice. I will make this again to kick up boring tuna fish.

These were really good. My husband and I made them for a busy weeknight meal with some creamy tomato soup. Quick, easy and delicious. Yum. I used ff mayo and wheat English mufins. It turned out great. We'll have these again.

i loved these! if you like pineapple on everything, then this melt is for you! my bf thought it was ok, but he isn't very adventurous... this was wonderful!
