I made these the other night and they were very good but I prefer a streudal topping instead of the cracker topping.

Everyone in the family loved this recipe. Even my niece who hate sweet potatoes liked them. I was looking for hawaiian themed food for a hawaiian themed graduation party. This was a hit!
