Super taste! You can taste the pineapple, coconut and banana, but none overpowers the others! I used soy milk instead of the kind called for. Great bread! Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe had everything I was craving! It smelled so wonderful as it baked and tasted even better. Another review pointed out that the flavor was a little subtle, and they are right. You are not overwhelmed with the tropical tastes, but it is a great compliment to many things! Perfect for toast for breakfast or to add a little variety to a peanut butter sandwich. I'm hoping to make french toast out of it too!

The texture of the bread was good--very moist. It did'nt have much flavor as had expected considering the fact that it has banana, pinapple, coconut & macadamia nuts in it. Don't get me wrong--it wasn't awful-just not a flavorful. Maybe next time I will add a little bit more sugar and more coconut.
