Nice recipe. I omitted the oil and salt. Next time around if I make it I'm going to marinade it a bit longer.

I will say the chicken was moist BUT I found the flavors did not mix well and my husband thought it was weird tasting. I won't be making again.

Four stars only because I made several changes. Left out the cloves and added orange juice and apple juice to the marinade. Everything else was exactly the same and tasted INCREDIBLE!! very easy and tasted like a lot more work than it was, my kind of recipe ;)

Great recipe. Fairly easy to make. I didn't add the cloves, because I don't care for them. And I used sweetened lime juice instead of plain lime juice. It was wonderful, my oldest son (21yrs old)loved it so much he had seconds. We fixed a simple cold fruit salad and a warm pasta to go with it and it seemed very "summery" in the middle of winter, it was nice. Thanks

This was a HUGE hit with my family! It reminded us of a little taste of Hawaii. I didn't add the chives because i felt like they would disturb the tropical flavor and the chicken turned out great! We served it with rice and edamame. A great recipe and a new favorite for my family.
