Goya Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning
1 (20 ounce) can
Goya Pineapple Chunks, drained
yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
Goya Vegetable Oil
Made these last night and we loved them. The flavors were amazing. I used red peppers and red onions because I hade them on hand. I also added some red pepper flakes and fresh minced garlic to the marinade. This is a keeper and easy too. My husband wants me to try it with shrimp next time.
