Tasty. I found out that rutabaga is close to a turnip, so I used two smallish turnips. I did increase the butter a bit and added a spoonful of sour cream. Very good, and quite colorful. I served this with Reunion Meatballs also from this site.

I guess if you like rutabaga in the first place, you are more likely to enjoy this recipe! Delish... and so healthy!

I tried this for something different. I've never had rutabaga before and actually had trouble finding it in the produce section. I didn't care for it and neither did my husband. While the recipe says it serves 6; I'd definately say that it would serve 12, maybe more than that. This yields a lot of food!
