Duncan Hines® Triple Chocolate Cake Mix
This recipe tasted great! I found that I couldn't make as many cookies as suggested because slicing it that thin caused the biscotti to break. I ended up with about 25 biscotti instead. Since my biscotti were larger I had to leave them in the oven longer to dry out properly.
To add a gourmet finish I melted chocolate chips and spread melted chocolate along one side of each cookie.
This recipe turned out very good. It was a little hard to work with. The dough was very sticky so I added more flour when I rolled it out. Quite a bit more actually. I ended up spraying some wax paper with nonstick spray so I could actually work with it. That's all I had on hand but it worked. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't a little hard to work with the dough.
