INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 (1 pound 1.5 ounce) pouch Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
