"This is an awesome cranberry salad, easy to make and even easier to eat! My mother in law is an amazing cook and at Christmas or Thanksgiving the family demands her famous cranberry salad. Best prepared the night before the big feast!" — CQQKEEE

1 (3 ounce) package
strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
oranges - peeled, sectioned, and cut into bite-size pieces
lemon - peeled, seeded and chopped
medium tart apples, peeled and chopped
cranberries, coarsely chopped
white sugar, or to taste
Great jello salad, loaded with fruit. We love all things tart and this fit the bill. Per other review, I will make with raspberry (or maybe apricot?) jello next time & there will be a next time.
Easy and delicious. I think its better with raspberry jello, but this depends on your taste buds.
This recipe was easy to make and turns out wonderful. Great for Thanksgiving and Christmas!!
My family makes something like this, but we have never added lemon. We do add a lot of coconut which helps it keep it shape (put it in a jello mold and it is very pretty to set on the table).
I used mandarin oranges, raspberry jello, and added pineapple! YUM!
