Hearty sandwiches for the trail that pack a lot of nutrients and travel extremely well. Raisins, shredded carrot, and chopped trail mix are blended into softened cream cheese and spread on wheat bread. You can also try plain, unchopped sunflower seeds or trail mix with fruit, too.
