I substituted Nakano Seasoned Roasted Garlic Rice Vinegar, ranch dressing for some of the mayonaise, and cheddar/moterrey jack for the mozzarella (it's what I had on hand). I used 3 lbs. or broccoli and increased the dressing measurements to make more. It turned out yummy and plentiful - enough to feed 3 families - a total of 23 people. Next time, I will probably add more liquid to the dressing. The sweet dressing is a hit with big and little kids alike. Thanks for the great recipe!

I loved this and so did my family. Shame on me, but I used half of a bag of store bought precooked bacon, and used light mayo. I also forgot the cheese, didn't tell anybody, no one missed it. Will diffently make again.

Awesome recipe. The only thing I changed was the apple cider vinegar to white vinegar, and used a little less sugar. Everyone asks me to bring it to every party!

Awesome salad! My boyfriend really liked it to my surprise because he usually doesn't care for sweet, creamy dressings. I used yellow onion instead of red, and I added a shake or two of cayenne pepper to the dressing to give it a little kick. Will definitely make again!

I love this recipe as is, but I also made it with maple flavored bacon once and it was really good that way too.

Did not have Mozzarella cheese on hand so substituted garlic and herb Feta cheese. Absolutely delicious
