This is a keeper! It was just the right amount of "heat".
I did make some modifications:
Added a can of black beans (rinsed), a can of black olives, a can of corn (no jiuce), and a small can of tomato sauce. I added an extra can of chicken broth and extra cumin.
I also added cornstarch to thicken it up. For garnishes, I used low fat sour cream, cubed avocado, fresh cilantro (also put in the soup while on the stove), and grated cheese.
This was so good!
