INGREDIENTS
2 (14.5 ounce) cans COLLEGE INN® Chicken Broth
1 (14.5 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Stewed Tomatoes, Mexican Recipe, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1 1/2 cups crushed baked tortilla chips
Cilantro
1/4 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

DIRECTIONS
Combine tomatoes with juice, broth, onion, garlic and cumin in large pot; simmer 10 minutes. Add chicken or turkey; simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Top individual servings with tortilla chips, cilantro and cheese.

This is good 4 stars recipe for a quick weekday dinner. I also made a cup of brown rice to go with it. My family loved it!

This recipe was quick, simple,very low cost and much tastier than the $7.95 bowl of soup I purchased at a restaurant! I did add a can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies. It was perfect!

O.M.G words can not even describe how wonderful this recipe is. We made this on a cold and windy night. WOW! it was Good. Thank You to the person that put this reciepe up.
